I found out last night that the lady is going to rent us the house! For the first few months I will pay the $1,000 rent and Jennifer will take care of all the utilities- then in March we will both go 50/50 on everything. And it is only a $250 deposit split between us! YAY! So, the kids will have their own rooms (me too!), we will have a washer and dryer there to use, it is close to Jen's school, and it is a nice neighborhood! So things aren't quite as stressful now. Well, except for the fact that I need to pack up what the kids and I will need now. I guess I need to go find some boxes!
